Mission

San Jose Athletic Association believes that the pursuit of excellence in the areas of academics and baseball/softball helps develop maturity and self-confidence. We believe that the experiences a player has with SJAA will be beneficial throughout his/her lifetime.

The focus of SJAA is the development of the individual player. Our goal is to maximize the development of the individual through programming that challenges each player, a coaching staff that adheres to high standards, and first class facilities. SJAA is resolute in dedicating its time and resources to the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of playing baseball or softball.

Offered Programs

	Recreational Baseball & Softball: The primary objective of the Recreational program is to enable players to learn the game of baseball or softball in a fun and stimulating environment. The focus is on developing their skills to help them be the best ball players they can be, while maintaining a healthy approach to competitive baseball and softball. Find out more here...
	Advanced Baseball: The Advanced baseball program is a developmental training program for recreation level baseball players ages 5-12 who are ready to focus on advanced skills. Find out more here...
	All-Star Baseball & Softball: Every Spring, SJAA provides the opportunity for highly skilled players to participate in local and/or regional All-Star Tournaments following the end of the regular recreational baseball and softball seasons. These tournaments are comprised of other All-Star teams from associations throughout the Jacksonville area and are played during the summer months. Find out more here...
